Silhouette Masterpiece Theater
by AdamIn the 1800s , it was popular (and cheap) to trace and cut silhouette profiles onto paper to record someone’s likeness. Of course, with the invention of the photograph, the demand for these portraits isn’t exactly what it used to be, but at least Wilhelm Staehele hasn’t forgotten.
Sidenote: I love Back to the Future, but I didn’t really realize how iconic McFly’s stance was until I saw it here. Well played, Wilhelm. Well played indeed.
Framed prints available at the Bazaarium.
